1. Membership is for full access of the website and members' benefits of england-supporters.com. england-supporters.com is an independent site for supporters of the England national football team. We have no affiliation with The Football Association or the englandfans club and play no part whatsoever in providing match tickets or englandfans benefits.
2. Members that joined from 28th January 2008 benefit from 4 years of membership for the price of 1, a large England flag and personalised England & club email addresses.
Members that joined 15th January 2008 - 27th January 2008 will be eligible for the benefits in paragraph 2b below.
2a. Members that joined October 2007-14th January 2008 benefit from 2 years of membership for the price of 1 (and will be sent a large England flag & England 3 v Argentina 2 DVD). The cost of renewal is presently £15 per year.
2b. Members that join from 23rd July 2007 benefit from 2 years of membership for the price of 1 (and will be sent a large England flag). Membership is renewable annually at the 2-year anniversary of membership. The cost of renewal is presently £15 per year.
2c. Members that joined between 3rd July 2006-23rd July 2007 benefited from 2 years of membership for the price of 1. Membership is renewable annually at the 2-year anniversary of membership. The cost of renewal is presently £10 per year.
2d. Members that joined up to and including 2nd July 2006 (would have received complimentary a England flag & car sticker): Membership is renewable annually at the anniversary of initial membership. The cost is presently £10 per year.
2e. Membership cannot be cancelled for the current period once payment has been made. Where membership is cancelled midway through the term, all benefits, including email forwarding, will cease at next renewal.
3. We will give at least 1 months notice before membership expiry if renewal prices change.
4. Where members have chosen to subscribe using PayPal's automatic subscription service, where we receive notification from PayPal that subscription has been cancelled or has not been successful, all benefits will cease immediately. Should subscription be cancelled mid-term, all benefits will cease upon renewal. Membership can be cancelled by contacting us directly or by the member logging into their PayPal account where subscription payment is active.
5. Email redirection is provided to us via a third party. We will make every effort within our control to ensure reliability of this service. Please note that email redirection is a key benefit of membership and will cease if membership is not renewed.
6. Membership is for true supporters of the England national football team. We reserve the right to terminate all member benefits without notice (including email forwarding) of any members that are clearly not England supporters and/or bring the site into disrepute.
7. england-supporters.com aims to be available and suitable to ALL England supporters. Please consider the language and content of any contributions you make to our interactive pages. Although we would usually give warning/s with regards excessively bad language and/or content, we reserve the right to terminate all member benefits without notice (including email forwarding) where we see fit.
8. Automatic competition entries are made on your behalf. No purchase is necessary. You will be advised by email if you win such competitions and also on our homepage. Where prizes are provided by an england-supporters.com partner, you may need to provide your address details to them via ourselves in order to receive your prize. In such circumstances, your address will be used for that sole purpose only.
9. We will not market any of your specific membership information to any third party.
