By completing and
submitting your order, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as detailed
below. Your statutory rights are not affected by our Terms and Conditions of
sale.
- Orders made by Credit Card are subject
to authorisation. Authorisation is obtained securely online by PayPal. Orders
will not be dispatched if your Credit Card transaction has been declined. We
reserve the right to make further security checks, and possibly cancel the
order, if we are unhappy about any detail of the transaction - even if it has
been authorised by PayPal.
- We will send a similar product of a
similar value if we are unlikely to have the item you have requested in stock
within a reasonable period of time. We would contact you first to discuss such
options.
- Goods will be dispatched using Royal
Mail. We endeavour to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. Orders are usually
dispatched within 24 hours but please allow a maximum of 28 days. In the
extremely rare event that we are unable to meet this time-scale, we will
contact you as soon as possible to find out whether you would like to proceed,
amend the order to alternative item/s that are in stock or cancel the order.
- We accept no responsibility for goods
damaged or not delivered once entrusted to the Royal Mail. All items are
inspected for quality control before dispatch. Please email us at
shopping@england-supporters.com quoting the order reference number if you are
in any way unhappy with your order and we will be pleased to assist. You may
return them to us in new condition within 10 days for exchange or refund. It is
recommended that you use a secure carriage method (such as registered post).
Refunds will not apply to postage and handling.
